Date Formats

Any date passed on the url should be in ODBC format (yyyy-mm-dd). Dates delivered by the web service are in the ODBC format yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss.nn and either represent the time zone on the dealer’s server or in the case of DateGathered, the time on the Gateway servers.
